But in short, we provide all of the marketing enrollmentcoaching and retention services on behalf of an institution for theironline or adult programs, and we support them by our student lifecycletechnologies in exchange for a share of the tuition revenue brought in by thestudents who enroll and persist. We've been focused on recruiting the adultlearner for thirty years now through an enterprise approach, which means thatfor all of the colleges and universities, Wewe partner with wemanage all of their online programs or all of their adult and graduateprograms and the programs we manage for our partners have grown at a compoundedrate of forty percent over the last three years, fantastic eric.
